Set in 1970, Paul (Paul Giametti) is a curmudgeonly teacher in a US boarding school, responsible for the ‘holdovers’, pupils required to stay at the school for the Christmas holidays.

This comedy-drama explores the unlikely relationship that develops between Paul, troubled teenager Angus and grieving cafeteria administrator, Mary.
